Development Review Committee
Overview
The Development Review Committee (DRC), is composed of representatives from Town departments responsible for review land development proposals.
The purpose of the Development Review Committee is to facilitate and coordinate technical comments by the Town staff on development applications.
The Development Review Committee consists of representatives from various Town departments and divisions including:
- Planning & Development Department
- Building Services Department
- Engineering Services
- Police Department
- Public Works
- Public Utilities
- Town Hall
The DRC serves in an advisory role to the Planning & Zoning Board, Board of Adjustment, and Town Council. Applications reviewed by the DRC include:
