Utility Billing and Payment

For new residents who wish to open a new account, please go to the "Forms" tab on the home page to find the  "New Account Application". This form must be printed and brought into Town Hall along with your signed closing statement or rental agreement, your picture ID and your deposit payment in check, cash or money order. 

For residents who wish to close their utility account, please go to the "Forms" tab on the home page to find the "Account Termination Form". Please print and complete this form and either email it to utilitybilling@howey.org or bring it in to Town Hall. 

 

The Town of Howey-in-the-Hills is proud to offer our residents a convenient and quick way to pay and access their utility accounts.  Have your water bill handy, because you will need your "Web ID" which is located on the right side of your bill.  Please allow 48 hours for your payment to be posted to your Utility Account. 

  • Pay your utility bill on-line using the secure link below.  Enter your Web ID  located on the right side of your utility bill.  You will be able to pay your utility bill or view the current account information.  There is a fee of 3% min. or $2.00 for credit cards and $2.50 per ACH check or returned/or unidentifiable items.  You may pay by Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover, and checking or savings. CLICK HERE TO LOG ON 
  • You may also drop your payment in the drop box located by the front door at Town Hall or come in to Town Hall during our business hours and pay your bill by cash, check or money order.
